ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency first opened its doors in 2000 and currently has a small, close-knit team of two dedicated professionals. Before becoming an agent, I worked in State Farm management operations, which gave me a deep understanding of how to support customers and run an efficient, service-driven office.

I’m a proud graduate of College of El Paso, and our household keeps things lively — we’re a house divided between Texas Longhorns and Texas A&M fans! Outside of the office, I’m actively involved in various charitable initiatives and enjoy finding ways to give back to the community that supports us.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jim Franco - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
