ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency first opened its doors in 2000 and currently has a small, close-knit team of two dedicated professionals. Before becoming an agent, I worked in State Farm management operations, which gave me a deep understanding of how to support customers and run an efficient, service-driven office.
I’m a proud graduate of College of El Paso, and our household keeps things lively — we’re a house divided between Texas Longhorns and Texas A&M fans! Outside of the office, I’m actively involved in various charitable initiatives and enjoy finding ways to give back to the community that supports us.
We offer a flexible and supportive work environment, along with benefits such as paid time off, a Simple IRA, and licensing reimbursement. Our culture is friendly, professional, and rooted in teamwork — we take pride in doing meaningful work while maintaining a great work-life balance.
We’re especially interested in finding a bilingual (Spanish/English) team member who can help us better serve our diverse customer base. If you’re someone who enjoys helping others, values flexibility, and wants to be part of a small but mighty team, this could be the perfect place for you.
